The report has proved to be invaluable in highlighting a number of issues that I was not aware of even having viewed the house on a number of occasions. B.... and I have now had time to read carefully your survey report on 41 S.... R..... We expected it to be heavy going but we were both pleasantly surprised that it was very easy to read and actually very interesting!

We both wanted to thank you for doing such a thorough job as your report will be very useful for us in the coming renovations and repairs. Yes, we have decided we do still definitely want to buy the property although over this weekend we will consider revising our offer downwards to account for some of the unforeseen repairs.

The survey report we received was prompt, thorough, and painstaking, alterting us to areas which required attention, in the right amount of detail.
